1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to NariLabs (referred to as "we," "our," or "the Service"). These Terms of Service govern your use of our Text-to-Speech (TTS) AI service and website service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of Terms, please do not use our service or website.

2. Age Requirement

You must be at least 13 years old to use the service. If you are under 18 years old, you need consent from your parents or legal guardian to use our service. By using our service, you represent and guarantee that you meet these age requirements.

3. Account Registration

Some features require account creation. When you create an account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities that occur through your account. Notify us immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Violate Laws or Infringe Rights: Engage in illegal activities or infringe others' rights, including privacy rights (e.g., unauthorized data collection), intellectual property rights (e.g., piracy, file replication), or other rights (e.g., trademark infringement).
  • Disseminate Illegal/Harmful Content: Upload, post, or share illegal, defamatory, threatening, harassing, obscene, or misleading content (e.g., hate speech, child exploitation material, fake news) or participate in fraud (e.g., impersonation).
  • Technical Abuse: Use automated scripts, bots, or tools to scrape data, reverse-engineer the Service, launch DDoS attacks, or overload systems via excessive requests or large file uploads.
  • Disrupt User Experience: Post spam, inject malicious content, or degrade service quality.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of our Services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and software ("Content"), are the exclusive property or its licensors and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, adapt, display, perform, sublicense, download, store, or transmit any Content without our prior written consent.

6. Privacy & Data Usage

We collect data solely as described in our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to:

  • Voice Sample Ownership: You retain exclusive rights to your voice samples provided and grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process such data solely for service delivery.
  • Responsible Use: You acknowledge TTS must be used ethically, avoiding impersonation, fraud, or deception (e.g., forged recordings, false advertising).
  • Law Compliance: You comply with all applicable laws, including privacy regulations and anti-fraud statutes, during TTS generation.
  • No Unauthorized Use: You will not clone voices of identifiable individuals without their explicit, documented consent.
  • No Misleading Applications: You will not deploy TTS generated voices for deceptive purposes, including scams, political manipulation, or misleading commercial content.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE", with no warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We make no representations or warranties that:

  • The Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
  • Defects in the Service will be corrected.
  • The Service will meet your specific requirements or expectations.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any damage arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to:

  • Direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages (e.g., loss of profits, goodwill, data, or other intangible losses);
  • Losses due to tort (including negligence), breach of contract, product liability, or any other legal theory.

This limitation applies regardless of whether we have been advised of the possibility of such damages and even if such damages were unforeseeable.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless us and our affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees) arising from your violation of these Terms, violation of any third-party rights, or your use of our service.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of South Korea, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

11. Open Source License: Apache 2.0 License Scope

The Dia model is provided under the Apache License 2.0, which permits specific uses and modifications. All other Content and features remain subject to the terms set forth herein and applicable intellectual property laws.

12. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. For significant changes, we will make reasonable efforts to provide at least 30 days' notice before the changes take effect. By continuing to access or use our service after such changes, you agree to be bound by the modified Terms.
